Dynamics Software provides Help Desk Support Services to Customers and Partners who have purchased a Support Contract to ask questions and resolve issues. These questions and issues are referred to as ‘Cases’.

Dynamics Software is proud to introduce Integrated Document Management for AX2012. This product integrates several Microsoft platforms to ensure that document handling works smoothly across these platforms.

This allows you to:

  • Upload mail messages and attachments directly from Office to entities in AX (such as customer contracts, vendor product information, user manuals etc.)
  • Execute Smart Queries so that multiple documents from different entities can be viewed together (combine customer contracts with packing slips, invoices etc.)
  • Define specific metadata between AX2012 and Sharepoint for easy retrieval of document relations
  • Create Collaboration workspaces for working with multiple people on the same document directly from AX.

For demonstration and training purposes there are new Hyper-V's available on several solutions for our Partners. These include:

  • Pre-release Service Management with Mobile Field Service 2.0 for Windows 10 & Android
  • Maintenance Management
  • Mobile Maintenance Management
  • Rental Management

All Hyper-V's contain the latest available for AX2012 R3 CU10 can be downloaded from the Partner FTP site.
